Mrs Jane Davis

Head Teacher

Mrs Davis is our Head Teacher and has overall responsibility for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities at our school. She delegates the day-to-day running of this to the school Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator (SENDCO).

Mr Simon McLoughlin


Mr McLoughlin is the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-Ordinator (SENDCO) at Lanchester EP Primary School. He has responsibility for the day-to-day running of SEND across the school. His role includes working with children and their parents, advising members of staff, collaborating with outside agencies and ensuring that the quality of our SEND provision maintains its high standard. Mr McLoughlin holds the National Award for SEND Co-Ordination.

Mrs Fiona Wood OBE

SEND Governor

Mrs Wood (OBE) is our Governor for SEND. As a retired Head Teacher of a Special School, she has extensive knowledge and experience of supporting children with special educational needs. Mrs Wood can be contacted via the School Office.

Miss Sara Butler


Miss Butler leads the Early Years Foundation Stage, which caters for our children in Nursery and Reception. As part of her role, she oversees the SEND provision for our youngest children. Miss Butler holds the National Award for SEND Co-Ordination.
