School Meals

If you are in receipt of certain benefits, your may be entitled to Free School Meals. 
 
If you think you are eligible, please collect a form from the School Office.  Those children who are entitled to Free School Meals are also entitled to free school milk.  If you would like your child to receive this, please inform the Office.

School Dinner Payments
School Dinners are Free for pupils in Reception - Year 2, under the Universal Free School Meal scheme.  For children in Years 3 - 6, and those in Nursery, meals cost £2.00 per day unless your child is entitled to Free School Meals.
 
Payment for school meals should be made a week in advance, and can be paid in three ways:
By cash to the School Office (if you are paying weekly, please send this in on a Monday)
By cheque made payable to 'Durham County Council' and handed into the School Office (we are unable to accept cheques for less than £10.00)
 
If you have yet to receive your unique details for ParentPay, please contact the School Office, who will be happy to provide them to you.

Provision of Special Diets

 

The School Meals Service endeavour to work in partnership with all concerned to ensure that we provide specialist diets and menus for all pupils to enable everyone to enjoy a school meal.

 

If your child has an allergy or intolerance to any food, please complete the form which can be downloaded below and return to the School Office. You must include written confirmation from a Consultant or Dietician confirming the allergy/intolerance as special dietary requests cannot be acted on without this confirmation.

 

Please note diets required for religious reasons do not require medical evidence.
